You can choose the size and layout to suit your specific requirements. There are rooms that have beautifully restored period features to the more traditional style meeting rooms. We feel sure there is a room to suit every function and every budget and we welcome viewings to enable you to decide on its suitability for your event.

Boardroom
Delegates are seated around smaller tables.
Ideal to facilitate small group discussion
Banquet
Suitable for larger events where delegates are seated around larger tables, typically of 8-10 people. Suitable for larger rooms only.
Classroom
Delegates are seated to a single side of a table. Ideal for lectures or presentations where the delegates may need to take notes.
Theatre
Delegates are seated on chairs set out in a line and facing the front of the room. The seating isn't at a table. This is an arrangement that is ideal for presentations or lectures where the delegates aren't required to make notes.
Cabaret
This is one of the most popular layouts for larger events. Delegates are sat round 3 sides of the table, facing the front so nobody has their back to the speaker and helps facilitate delegate participation. Works best in larger rooms.
